At crosslandergames.co.uk, we offer Free delivery on everything to the UK over £45. We aim to ship your item within 1 to 3 working days of receiving cleared funds, to your registered address only and it will usually be delivered in 1 to 3 working days thereafter, unless the ‘get it quick’ option is selected at checkout.

All items are sent using a trackable courier service, using our approved couriers.

This page details UK delivery options. During the checkout process, you’ll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. Your delivery options can vary depending on a variety of factors, including product weight, size and delivery address. If you don’t see a particular delivery option then it’s not available for your order.

UK Delivery

To qualify for Free UK Delivery your order must be shipped to a delivery address within the UK and over £45. Make sure "UK Free Delivery 1 - 3 business days" is selected in the delivery option menu in the Checkout.

Delivery lead times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed for all deliveries.

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day, unless it is a Bank Holiday. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched within the next working day unless it is a Bank Holiday 99% are delivered the following working day. (UK and Mainland Only).

If you have your order sent by our express delivery service someone at the delivery address, will be required to sign for it and all packages from crosslandergames.

Express Deliveries on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm are usually delivered the next working day. Orders place on Friday before 1pm will usually be delivered on Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday.

We don’t normally ship orders outside of the UK at these times.

Please note that orders for large items will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date that is suitable for you.

As standard, VAT is charged, where applicable, on all orders shipped. You are responsible for claiming back any and all VAT that you feel is due to you from your local tax or customs office. More information can be found on your local tax  or customs office web site.

Missing Parcel

We're aware that sometimes your items may go missing, which we have no control over. We normally wait 15 working days to declare a package lost, we will send you a replacement if you haven't received it after 15 Working days for the UK, 28 working days. (Subject to completion of our online lost parcel form!)


Returns and refund policy

Crosslandergames operates a standard 28 day returns policy.

Any product (excluding gift vouchers/gift cards) may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the purchase date, providing that the seal remains unbroken.

Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to 3 months after the despatch date and any Faulty hardware may be returned for a standard like-for-like exchange up to 12 months after the despatch date.

Hardware or peripherals may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks, Joysticks or keypads, etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.

A copy of a valid proof of purchase is required for any returns.

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in anyway.

Returning an online purchase item

Returning an item bought Online by Post to Crosslandergames.co.uk

·         If the product is still sealed and in mint condition please use the code CLG01 (Sample code number).

·         If the product is faulty please use the code FCLG20 (Sample code number).

Please Note:

If you are returning any products to us, please obtain a Proof of Posting receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number as security.

International customers should be aware that we are unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our are Returns Policy.

Please note items bought in 'bundle deals', such as two for one deals or hardware and software packs, if returned separately, will result in the full price being charged for other items in the special offer - and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Please allow 10 working days for us to process your returned item and refund your account.
